Goat Cheese and Sun Dried Tomato Profiteroles with Herb Oil
Beat Salad with Goat Cheese
Carrot Soup, my specialty which I have perfected over the years
Rigatoni with Creamy Mushroom Sauce
Espresso Chocolate Mousse with Orange Mascarpone Whipped Cream, for this recipe I substituted coffee for the espresso. (Too slow with the camera on this one.)
Everything tasted great, at least i think it did, there were no leftovers at least. We even had the local possum come by to check it out.
Well, we'll see what happens, but one things for sure, that's the last time I cook for that guy.
